2026 DIVE PRACTICES:
Preseason Practices: June 1 - June 15
Mondays and Wednesdays: 5:00-6:30pm
5:00-5:30pm: Divers ages 5-8
5:30-6:00pm : Divers ages 8-10
6:00-6:30pm: Divers ages 11-18

Please fill out our form for dive clinics.
May 23 & June 13 0800-1000
0800 & 0900
Please choose 1 or 2 time slots to come to a preseason dive clinic. Limited to one slot per day per diver. For example if both days work for you, great! Chose the 0800 or 0900 slot for each Saturday. But if only one of the days work chose the time that works best for your diver.
Regular Season Practices: June 22 - July 17
Dive team will practice after photos on 7/2.
Mondays - Fridays:
Intermediate 10U & Novice 12U: 10:30 - 11:15am
Novice 8U: 11:15 - 11:45am
Intermediate 8&U and Novice10&U: 11:45 - 12:15pm
Intermediate 12U & ALL 13+: 12:15 - 1:00pm (younger divers by coach invite only)
All City Dive Qualifiers Only: July 20 - 24
Practice times same as above. Roster TBA.
